A: Booking a taxi with Victory is easy! You have the option to book a taxi by calling our 24/7 dispatch: (215) 225-5000, sending us a fax: (215) 225-3668, e-mailing us, or by using our free online reservation form.
Q: How many passengers can ride in a taxicab?
A: Our taxis can transport a total of 4 passengers; 3 in the back seat and 1 in the front passenger seat. Our Mini-vans can hold up to 5 passengers. If your require a bigger vehicle for more passengers, check out our limousine department.
Q: Do you provide infant car seats?
A: No, however, we welcome you bring your own car seat when riding with your child in our cabs.
Q: Do you accept advanced reservations?
A: Yes, though we honor advanced reservations on short notice, we encourage you to book time restricted trips at least 24 hours in advanced. This allows our dispatchers and drivers enough time to coordinate the preparation of your trip.

A: Yes, we are certified and regulated by the PPA.
Q: Are Victory cab drivers certified?
A: Yes, all of our drivers must be certified by the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA). Drivers are required to have clean criminal records, go through a training course, and pass an exam.

A: No, they are independent contractors using our dispatching service on membership basis.
Q: May I smoke in the taxi cab?
A: According to law, it is prohibited to smoke while in any Philadelphia taxi cab.

A: All of our vehicles are fully insured, and certified under the PPA and the Commonwealth of the State of Pennsylvania. Our vehicles go through safety and emission inspections under the strict supervision of the Philadelphia Parking Authority.

A: We gladly accept cash, credit cards, and vouchers. Our cabs are equipped with credit card terminals for your convenience.

A: Vouchers are authorized certificates of taxi fare credit. They are used by our account members to pay the drivers during the time of the ride. Vouchers are in the form of a paper slip, but we also provide a paperless voucher system which are stored in our system digitally. Only corporate account members may take advantage of the voucher system.

A: Corporate accounts are a business or individual that opens a membership with Victory. Our members are our regular customers, and are treated with first high priority. Dedicated account managers in your organization can assign vouchers to their employees, patients, guests, or friends, and specifically control when and where the passengers will be picked up and dropped off at any given time. While logged in members can view their daily ride activity and monthly balances, create an address book for ease of booking, and download monthly invoices.
